Stila is one of those beauty brands that often falls off my radar, for long periods of time. Every now and then I discover something new and make a mental note to try more of their products! Their Convertible Colour in Petunia was my first ever blusher, received at the age of 13. Naturally, I applied enough to grout an entire bathroom.
This delightful lipstick was purchased on a total whim, we had a love at first sight moment in Harvey Nics, and in that moment, I just knew the colour Gabrielle was a ME pink. The sort that doesn’t look like I’m wearing a lipstick, it enhances my natural lip colour but adds a pretty bluey-pink tinge. The formula is buttery soft, balmy, sheeny and opaque, without any hint of shimmer. It has a minty fragrance that tingles slightly on application – I can’t work out if I mind this, but I have been re-applying constantly since acquiring, so can tell it is becoming a firm favourite already! For such a high-end feeling formula and colour, this is only £16! You can grab one from ASOS.
